Clara Bloomfield-Moore (1824–1899), who published as Mrs. Bloomfield H. Moore, was an American writer and philanthropist. Born Clara Jessup in Philadelphia, she married the businessman Bloomfield Haines Moore and after his death used her fortune for charity, the arts and causes that caught her imagination. She wrote poetry, children's books and a widely used guide to etiquette, Sensible Etiquette of the Best Society. From the 1880s she was the chief patron of the inventor John Keely, whose claims to have harnessed etheric force she defended in Keely and His Discoveries. She spent her later years largely in London.
