Isaac Husik (1876–1939) was an American historian of philosophy. Born in the Russian Empire, he came to Philadelphia as a child and spent his career at the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught philosophy for more than three decades. His History of Mediaeval Jewish Philosophy (1916) was the first comprehensive treatment of the subject in English. He also prepared a critical edition and translation of Joseph Albo's Book of Principles for the Jewish Publication Society, and wrote on Aristotle and on the philosophy of law. His work is noted for clarity and a refusal to overstate.
