John Willis Clark (1833–1910) was an English antiquary and university administrator. Born in Cambridge, where his father was a professor of anatomy, he was educated at Trinity College, worked as superintendent of the university's museum of zoology, and from 1891 until his death was Registrary of the University. He completed and published his uncle Robert Willis's Architectural History of the University of Cambridge (1886), and his own The Care of Books (1901) traced the history of libraries and their fittings from antiquity to the eighteenth century. He also wrote a guide to Cambridge, edited monastic documents and was a devoted supporter of the university's theater.
