Eugene Christian (1860–1930) was an American dietitian and writer on food and health, a prominent figure in the food reform movements of the early twentieth century. Convinced that diet was the key to well-being, he promoted simple, natural and often uncooked foods. With his wife, Mollie Griswold Christian, he wrote Uncooked Foods and How to Use Them, and he went on to publish many other books on scientific eating and the treatment of disease through diet.
